Principle of double casing:
Using double bushing as ash conveying pipe in horizontal pneumatic conveying pipe can effectively prevent ash pipe clogging, the mechanism of which lies in the special structure of double bushing. When the ash gas mixture flows in the pipeline, it often causes dry ash to gradually deposit inside the pipeline for various reasons, leading to pipe blocking.
